When I was looking at buying the apartment I needed to make a quick decision to go unconditional or I could not compete against the other interested parties. I visited 5 banks and they refused to loan me money based on the apartment being to small. I was searching the internet to find out how other people get loans for small apartments but couldn’t find anything. I’ve been in property a few years and some and dealt with quite a few mortgage brokers and I must say you’d be right up there at the top in terms of experience and professionalism.
It also saved us a huge amount of time. Damian says their Squirrel adviser, was in email contact with them every day for three weeks, giving them advice including what to put in their sale and purchase agreement and how to structure their loan. They never kept us waiting. anything, we sometimes slowed things down by not getting straight back to them. All up we would have spent about six to seven hours on the whole process. We did not have to go into their offices and only had to come home from work once to let in the building inspector.
First of all thank you for being so totally great through this whole process. I always felt I could call and get good advice from you, which is honestly rare in this whole house buying process! So, thank you!
