What should I do if something goes wrong

If you have a problem, concern, or complaint about any part of our service, please tell us so we can try to fix the problem. For more information about our complaints process and how to make a complaint please check out the client information page.

To make a complaint about a mortgage or your experience with an adviser:

To make a complaint about borrowing or investing with Squirrel:

If we cannot agree on how to resolve the issue, you can contact FSCL. This service will cost you nothing, and will help us resolve any disagreements or complaints.
