We note that the Mortgage Repayment Holiday is being referred to more appropriately as a Mortgage Repayment Deferral. This is a better descriptor as interest is still added to the loan over that period and you simply don’t need to make repayments.
When it comes to COVID19 and applying for the relief packages there has been a mixture of responses from Lenders. In some cases we can help you directly and in some cases we have to direct you to the Lender. The easiest thing to do is get in touch with us and talk through what options are right for you.
