Sloan has been a mortgage adviser since 2008. With his years of surfing experience, he has been creating a smooth ride for clients through the mortgage process circa 15 years. Sloan is completely client driven and will always go that extra mile. 

Outside of work you’ll find Sloan hanging out with his family and hitting the mountains in winter and beaches in summer.

How Sloan is paid

Sloan is a commissioned adviser and is paid the same no matter which lender you choose, so there's no pressure or bias toward any particular option. At a company level, Squirrel is paid either upfront or through a combination of upfront and trail commissions by its lenders and insurance providers.
