Amanda is a senior mortgage adviser and business lending manager with over 12 years of experience across business, commercial and residential lending. Before joining Squirrel, she spent 11 years at ANZ in roles ranging from Service Consultant to Construction Coach and Business Specialist — so she knows her stuff.

She specialises in working with self-employed clients and small to medium business owners, helping them secure lending solutions for both their business and personal property needs.

Outside of work, you’ll find her at the braai perfecting smoked ribs or lost in a good book. She can also sing and dance — though she won’t be performing at the next team meeting.

How Amanda is paid

Amanda is a salaried adviser and business lending manager, and is paid the same no matter which lender you choose, so there's no pressure or bias toward any particular option. At a company level, Squirrel is paid either upfront or through a combination of upfront and trail commissions by its lenders and insurance providers.
