With 16 years in finance under her belt, Diana knows her way around the mortgage process. She spent more than a decade at First Mortgage Services, specialising in reverse mortgages for Heartland Australia, before moving into adviser and loan writer roles at APEX. Now an Account Manager at Squirrel, Diana puts all that experience to good use, helping clients navigate their home loans with less stress and fewer headaches.

Ask Diana about her proudest achievement and she'll tell you it's her three kids. When she's not busy with family life, you'll find her at the gym, catching up with friends or out walking her dog. She's also got three cats keeping things interesting at home.

How Diana is paid

Diana is a salaried adviser and account manager, and is paid the same no matter which lender you choose, so there's no pressure or bias toward any particular option. At a company level, Squirrel is paid either upfront or through a combination of upfront and trail commissions by its lenders and insurance providers.
