Diana is an Account Manager with 14 years in the finance industry. She spent more than a decade at First Mortgage Services, specialising in reverse mortgages for Heartland Australia, before moving into adviser and loan writer roles at APEX. At Squirrel, she puts that experience to work helping clients through the mortgage process, making it as stress-free as possible.
Diana’s proudest accomplishment is her three kids, hands down. Outside of family life, she keeps busy at the gym, catching up with friends, and enjoying life with her four pets- three cats and a dog she loves taking for long walks. Her go-to comfort food is Thai — the spicier, the better!
Qualifications
NZ Diploma in Business and NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Residential Home Lending).
How Diana is paid
Diana is a salaried adviser and account manager, and is paid the same no matter which lender you choose, so there's no pressure or bias toward any particular option. At a company level, Squirrel is paid either upfront or through a combination of upfront and trail commissions by its lenders and insurance providers.
