Marilize’s experience as an adviser spans right across the mortgage spectrum, especially in construction finance more recently. The picture of health, she rewards herself only with healthy food after a good pilates workout (followed by a yoga session of course).

Marilize specialises in houses under construction, first home buyers, consolidating debts and structuring loans awesomely.

Qualifications

BSc in Nutrition & Psychology, Dip. Finance and Mortgage Brokering Management, NZ Certification in Financial Services.

How Marilize is paid

Marilize is a salaried adviser and is paid the same no matter which lender you choose, so there's no pressure or bias toward any particular option. At a company level, Squirrel is paid either upfront or through a combination of upfront and trail commissions by its lenders and insurance providers.
