Marilize’s experience as an adviser spans right across the mortgage spectrum, especially in construction finance more recently. The picture of health, she rewards herself only with healthy food after a good pilates workout (followed by a yoga session of course).

Marilize specialises in houses under construction, first home buyers, consolidating debts and structuring loans awesomely.

Qualifications: BSc in Nutrition & Psychology, Dip. Finance and Mortgage Brokering Management, NZ Certification in Financial Services. Marilize Visser is a regulated Financial Adviser and provides specialist mortgage advice. Squirrel Mortgages is a licensed Financial Advice Provider and regulated by the Financial Markets Authority to provide advice on mortgages.
