Rose spent nearly eight years at ASB, working her way from Teller to Personal Banker, then four years as a Home Ownership Specialist assessing adviser-submitted loans across the Lower North Island. In short, she really knows her stuff.

Outside of mortgages, you’ll find her walking the pup, catching up with whānau or gaming. She even codes her own games. We reckon that’s pretty impressive!

How Rose is paid

Rose is a salaried adviser and is paid the same no matter which lender you choose, so there's no pressure or bias toward any particular option. At a company level, Squirrel is paid either upfront or through a combination of upfront and trail commissions by its lenders and insurance providers.
