Tas is an energetic and valued member of our Christchurch team. With a Finance and Economics degree and a background spanning accounts, HR, and management, he knows financial processes inside and out.

Originally from Samoa, Tas moved to NZ in 2011 and bought his first home in 2020, a journey that fuels his passion for helping others do the same. He's recently upgraded to a bigger home, so you know that his advice comes from real-world experience. 

Outside of work, he’s all about family time with his two kids, staying active with sports and tucking into some KFC!

Qualifications

Bachelor of Commerce Major Finance and Economics and NZ Certification in Financial Services.

How Tas is paid

Tas is a salaried adviser and is paid the same no matter which lender you choose, so there's no pressure or bias toward any particular option. At a company level, Squirrel is paid either upfront or through a combination of upfront and trail commissions by its lenders and insurance providers.
