An experienced director and former general counsel, Caroline brings strong strategy, risk and compliance capability to the Squirrel board, along with a background growing digital platforms and overseeing technology projects. Her professional career includes senior legal and commercial roles at Deloitte, Bayley Corporation, Pie Funds and National Infrastructure Funding and Financing, alongside board positions spanning science and technology, financial services and digital infrastructure. Caroline sits on our Audit & Risk and People & Culture Committees and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors. Combining legal rigour with board-level experience across numerous sectors, she brings sound commercial judgement and a practical, risk-aware perspective to Squirrel's board.
