Rob has built an extensive leadership career across major New Zealand and Australian financial institutions, spanning banking, financial services and technology-driven businesses. His experience includes senior roles at Westpac, NAB and BNZ, chairmanship of the Australian Payments Network, and co-founding and growing technology ventures. As Squirrel's Board Chair, and a member of both our Audit & Risk and People & Culture Committees, his strategic input and governance experience are instrumental to our continued growth. Based in Sydney—but a proud Kiwi at heart—Rob brings a broad commercial outlook and entrepreneurial mindset to Squirrel's board.
