Wayne is a finance and governance specialist with more than 35 years of experience in property finance, risk assessment, and multi-unit development. A Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors and active in governance for climate change (including as a member of Chapter Zero), he brings both technical rigour and a long track record of disciplined oversight.
A retired Chartered Accountant in good standing, Wayne has had first hand property development experience and continues to apply those skills alongside insight from his own projects — giving him a practical understanding of the risks and realities facing today’s developers.
Wayne co-chairs the Capital Partners Fund Investment Committee and plays a central role in structuring each loan, balancing investor outcomes with developer viability. His steady hand and disciplined approach underpin the Fund’s governance-first philosophy and help ensure every investment decision is grounded in real-world viability.

Very responsive and quick to act. Great advice and made it easy even with some tricky property issues that made lending much more challenging to obtain. I was only able to buy this property because we were the only ones (out of many serious purchasers) that overcame the issues and obtained suitable lending and insurance. Other deals had fallen through because the banks would not lend more than 50% of the property value (ignoring the dwellings).
