Squirrel's security policy, and what to do if you have a security concern
At Squirrel, we take the protection of our community and customers seriously
If you believe you've found a security-related issue with our website or any other Squirrel systems, we encourage you to reach out to us, so we can resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.
The best way to do this is by emailing security@squirrel.co.nz.
Are you a security researcher?
If you've spotted an issue or have a concern about anything to do with our security measures, please let us know straight away and we'll jump right onto it. We ask that you please give us four weeks to correct the situation before disclosing it with anyone outside of Squirrel.
The best way to contact our security team is via email. If you prefer to send an encrypted email, please reach out with your contact information and PGP key and wait for our team's response. Our team will aim to get back to you as quickly as possible, and address the disclosures as soon as we're able to.
While our team appreciates any disclosures, Squirrel doesn't offer any rewards for disclosed issues or vulnerabilities.
